Montessori schools offer an alternative educational model.

As for the play, it has its flaws, but there was some brittle dialogue and sharp humor. I agree that the character of Steph rang false, and to a degree, Kent as well. Her ignorance, in particular, lacked credibility. As the evening wore on, I kind of lost patience with Greg's wishy-washiness, as well.

I found it to be less abrasive than Reasons to Be Pretty.

I was very disappointed. Reasons to be Pretty was thoroughly enjoyable. Reasons to be Happy has a few very fine moments but Greg's character (so charmingly written and played by Thomas Sadoski in the first play) here becomes an annoying cliche of a guy trying to be nice and not making up his mind. He hems and haws incessantly (Josh Hamilton convincingly hems and haws, he can perhaps be forgiven for failing to bring sufficient variety to the character's inertia; the fault is in the script). The last scene/resolution is so banal as to be worthy of ridicule. I liked Bibb a lot though.
