Which is better CAP21 Conservatory or NYU's Tisch?

I know that CAP21 used to be the MT studio at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and that they separated. Now fast-forward a bit and CAP21 has their own Conservatory and Tisch has an internal MT studio. I decided to apply and audition for both NYU's Tisch and CAP21 and was accepted to both. I really have no idea which to choose, considering that they can technically claim the same fantastic alumni because they were joined. I guess what I'm wondering is did CAP21 become too big and outgrow NYU, leaving the university with its best faculty? Or did NYU get the better end of the separation. Which is better? Which should I choose? I want to go to the best school and receive the best education for musical theater.

If you go with Tisch, it'll show future employers you not only went through a tough conservatory training but also rigorous academics, showing that you are intelligent as well as talented! Also if you have trouble finding work right out of the gate, having a degree will give you a better chance of getting a job outside theater.

I'd suggest to go with Tisch but you have to go where you feel like you fit in and can afford~

I went to CAP21 over the summer and loved it! I agree with the above post, though. Get a degree! I know CAP offers a degree plan of sorts now, but it's still new. You can always go to Tisch and still do the Summer Professional Program at CAP21, I had a lot of friends this summer that were from NYU.
