Lakewood Theatre Co. Seeking New Play Submissions

Lakewood Theatre Company has a longstanding tradition of featuring one original play per season by a local writer (Passage to Fey, The Gym, and the upcoming Nice Girls Don't.) Lakewood Theatre's 2014 Play Selection Committee is seeking original, full-length scripts by Middle TN playwrights to consider for a mainstage production.

Criteria include:
~Full-length (Preferably Two Acts)
~Family friendly (Rated, G, PG, or PG-13)
~Original, unpublished work
~Playwright based in Middle TN

No monetary compensation will be involved. Hardcopy manuscripts, please. We are unable to guarantee return of manuscripts. Submissions will only be accepted through April 15 of this year.
