The most glaring omission I see on your extensive list is Judith Ivey for supporting actress.
"Carson has combined his passion for helping children with his love for one of Cincinnati's favorite past times - cornhole - to create a unique and exciting event perfect for a corporate outing, entertaining clients or family fun."
Just saying, I think Teal Wicks has a good shot for Featured Actress. She was the best part of the show when I saw it in La Mirada. I also hope they can get that tour in to "Broadway" shape. It feels like a really nice regional production or a first-rate Non-Equity tour, not a pre-Broadway, first-rate national tour. Constantine, Teal, and Deborah are great, but the sets and orchestrations are so tinny.
"I saw Pavarotti play Rodolfo on stage and with his girth I thought he was about to eat the whole table at the Cafe Momus." - Dollypop
Betsy Woolfe has a lovely voice but barely registered for me in DROOD. I hope Jim Norton gets a nomination, at this point in the season. He carries the show effortlessly.
And it's pretty obvious that, as it did in London with the Oliviers, MATILDA will sweep the Tonys. It doesn't hurt that this is another dreary-looking year for new musicals.
