I thought it was incredibly lame that they brought Frozen into it simply because ABC is owned by Disney. It's not a fairytale, and it shouldn't be included in this show. LAME.

^ 'Frozen' is loosely based on the fairy tale, 'The Snow Queen' by Hans Christian Andersen.

^ Would have never been included but Frozen blew up and the suits insisted. I hate the story line and I hope it's very short lived. It's annoying and distracting from everything else going on.

I'm so glad this has aired and I can talk about it now.

Loved the Frozen plot line. The Anna they cast is just perfect. We haven't seen much from Elsa yet so not sure how I feel about the actress playing her.

I am actually kind of happy with how things are going with Regina. She's being tested. I'm looking forward to learning more about the book. I do think she will eventually get her happy ending.

And the actor who plays Henry has grown up a lot over the summer. Same with the kids on Modern Family. I find it jarring.

Yeah, Frozen is a fairy tale. It's based on The Snow Queen. Just like The Princess and the Frog is based on The Frog Prince and Tangled is based on Rapunzel. Even if Frozen wasn't made, it's not a stretch to think that The Snow Queen would be part of Once Upon a Time/Storybrooke eventually. It's just that the success of Frozen sped up the process. I'm loving the Frozen/Snow Queen storyline so far! It was a great premiere!

BTW, I'm still waiting on them to bring in The Frog Prince story to the show!

Thought the premiere was actually pretty dreadful.

Their CGI is always laughably bad, but felt moreso this week. The episode was a whole lot of nothing, and I feel like the Frozen plot is just distracting from the more interesting story of Regina and what she's going to do. Lana Parilla continues to be the glue that holds the series together.

After such a strong finale last year, this was a huge letdown. I hope they get it together.

Well, adding Frozen worked. Ratings were at an all time high.

I couldn't agree more, adamgreer.

Adding FROZEN was a stupid stupid move to pander to the Sunday night tween audience and made for, what I think was, the most boring episode ever. My eyes hurt from rolling them so much.

Even that "Beauty and the Beast" scene was ridiculous.

I know it was cheesy, but I loved the BATB scene.

And I agree with everything said about Lana Parilla. She is just brilliant on this show.

She's amazing but, like everyone else, I just can't understand why the writers hate her so much.

I guess I'm just mad that this entire season is shaping up to be FROZEN: The tv show.

Honestly, I feel like some of the writing for tonight's episode was equivalent to the absurd writing of the later episodes of '7th Heaven', 'Smash', and 'Glee'.

You mean this little gem?

Emma: it's cold in here.
Elsa: it's never bothered me.

Aside from that, it was another clunker this week, especially given how Regina didn't appear on screen until 8:57.

It was laughably bad tonight. This show hasn't been great since the first season though, so that's not saying much. I don't know why everything is revolving around Frozen. We have hardly seen Rumple at all. Sigh.

I hope this isn't the beginning of the end for this show. But after only 2 episodes with this FROZEN crap, I'm ready to give up on it.

I don't know if this bothers anyone else, but I hate how characters and plot lines are added/dropped because it conveniences the writers. It's been three seasons. You've never shown this ice cream shop or butcher's shop before. You're supposed to expect me to believe that Bo Peep and the Ice Queen have been there the whole time and no one noticed or said anything? Also, I know actors are contracted to different projects, but how is it that the core characters never run into or mention Jefferson and his daughter, Ruby, and the other featured characters? They all live in the same town, right?

I always figured the town is a lot bigger then it seems and that everyone is spread out... Jefferson lived in the woods for so long... Belle found that mansion going on a hike... when we saw the original curse being cast it was a pretty big radius...

and I don't think everyone knows everyone in the Enchanted forest

but I get what you're saying and what everyone else says about this shows faults... I just choose not to let that bother me too much... this is one of those few shows that I won't nitpick with because I just enjoy it for some reason...

So...who is Regina ultimately going to find?

The Grimms Brothers? Hans Christian Andersen? Charles Perrault? Walt Disney? L Frank Baum? A new character?

Yensid, the owner of the hat in the first episode. It would be the show's way of saying that Mickey/Disney is behind these fairytales.

Ah! I see. In a way, it makes since. These are all the Disney versions of the FairyTales anyway.

I really enjoyed tonight's episode. I loved the reference to the Frozen battle scene (with the ice almost cutting into the soldier's throat).

I love Regina's story so far! Regina is just...wonderful...

Georgina Haig is perfectly cast as Elsa

Okay...is Rumple good or bad? I thought he turned over a new leaf!

I can't wait to see this new Snow Queen plot. Something tells me that she's lying to Elsa though. About them being relatives and all. But, who knows. Them being relatives makes sense.

Anyone else think that it is possible that Emma could be the girl in the original Snow Queen story? Therefore, explaining how she knows the Snow Queen?

Okay...is Rumple good or bad?

Why does he have to be 100% one or the other?
