I am interested in buying this album from Amazon.com here in the US and wanted to know if any photos or lyrics are included in the booklet(s) and do the two discs come in one case or two separate ones. Thanks and any info will be appreciated!! :-]

From memory (I didn't buy it) there were CD's in one larger than normal case as was the norm at the time. I also seem to remember a photo booklet. Hope this helps.

Yes, about an inch thick.

Are you crazy?? You can buy the 2CD Australian Cast recording in the double jewel case from JB Hi-Fi for about $8 or $9!!!!

Yes, the CD comes in a case that looks "like two CD cases combined"
The booklet contains all the lyrics, however only contains a few photos on the inside cover. Info on who is performing is carce however.

It is a pretty good recording in my opinion, especially considering it has the ENTIRE score.
