Hey Janey- Well "good looking Liberal" is a phrase you'll never have to worry about hearing applied to you.
Go clean up your own house Madama Fonda.
Every time I see a post, or article, or pic of Justin Trudeau I find another reason to admire him. This is a photo of him helping a handicap-able person in a wheelchair down an escalator/staircase.

This leader helps people; our "supposed leader" mocks and belittles people living with disabilities.
Our favo(u)rite and friendly neighbo(u)rhood PM is now a Rolling Stone cover boy. Kind sensed it was going to happen to him given his rapidly-increasing popularity worldwide:

But I must freely admit there are some flaws in the cover piece. For examples, it calls the RCMP simply as the Mountain Police. Also would this positioning of him as the anti-Trump could jeopardize the NAFTA negotiations? (Doubt it) It's not the Liberty Party but LIBERAL Party. His National Defense Minister's last name is not spelled with a hyphen (Sajjan). But these are likely printing/tech mistakes. We must bear in mind that this cover piece is primarily aimed at us Americans who largely--and sadly--don't think much about Canada in their worldviews despite being good friends and could use a basic layman primer on the political scene and thus use him for an introduction piece. For years, I read MacLean's, Canada's equivalent to Time, Newsweek, and US News and World Report and learn some things about it. But how many of us take it upon ourselves and go beyond the mainstream surface (Justin Trudeau included) and regularly follow Canadian (and other non-American) media and the issues, histories, trends, and pop culture scene to get to know? Not many for many of us lack the essential mass curiousity or regular habit--must never be fleeting. We seem to know more about him in near 2 years in office rather than his legendary dad Pierre Elliott Trudeau who also served as PM and a Liberal for 15 years (1968-1979, 1980-84) and caused a stir in his time in office, largely national. I would love to live in Canada down the road very soon. Maybe next year with college. No doubt he's good looking. Mind you, not every single Canadian is behind him 100% in a multiparty democracy Canada has--something we should strive for south of the border with more Greens, Socialists, Social Democrats, Libertarians, and even Communists in Congress (in both houses) for example along with Ds and Rs. But I digress. There's a lot we need to learn from the Canadians, even if they happen to have more of a Westminster-style of running things at the federal, local, and provincial level. Without further adieu, this is the Rolling Stone cover story:
