I think they were last time I asked. But last Saturday and Sunday, they were sold out...so I think it's more likely to get those on Wed-Thurs.

I went Thursday night right before the show and was able to snag a center orchestra $99 ticket. Amazing seat and view. Highly recommend it, especially for that price.

NICE!  What row were you in?

Has anyone won the lottery?  Curious where the lottery seats are located

I won the lottery tonight for a single ticket - Orch G 112!! I was sitting directly in front of Rosie O'Donnell.

A couple in front of me at the box office also won and got Orch J center.

Tickets didn't seem to be held by name. She had a print out list of winners and when she confirmed you were on it just slipped us tickets from a pile.

My plans were in flux today due to the weather, so I didn't do much advance planning. Stopped by TKTS around 7:20 and ended up with a seat in row B of the left mezz - $81. The view was great, but the legroom was barely existent!

Wow - $199 seat for $55... The reason I didn't bite at the lotto the other day was my fear of having rear balcony or something.  But with this news, I will definitely be trying the lotto a few times.

I had a similar fear and almost didn't complete the transaction when I got the email / was waiting for someone to post their experience here first. I hope ticket locations are similar for the other shows and last night wasn't just some beautiful fluke.

I think they had more availability than usual due to the bad weather last night. But I am sure that may happen in the future too. It is usually not on TKTS on Fridays (it wasn't even on Thursday), so I think that had something to do with your good luck yesterday.

Lost lottery today,(Sunday) but took a chance and went to the box office at 1;:30 hoping for rush tix.  Got three total tix, easy peasy. We were waaaaaay up in the rear of the balcony.  It is scary steep up there  and super cramped - my friend had her knees bumping up against the head of the person in the row in front of us. That said....

LOVED. EVERY. MINUTE.

So happy I went!

Won the lottery today!  Tickets were row K seats 5 & 7! Great seats!  You do miss a few short scenes and some of Glen's entrances on the left staircase but it isn't much.  For the price it's a great value and it's great seeing this show up close.

The people in the row behind us also won the lottery.

I highly recommend you to go back and sit in the orchestra or front mezzanine if you have a chance. Happy you felt the way I did.

I don't remember, but I think it was row J. They were right in the middle of the orchestra. It's definitely worth it to spend $50 more on orchestra than sit all the way up in the balcony.

Just don't get too close; I thought the same thing and bought orchestra front row, on the center isle. I do not recommend sitting this close and I don't feel that this row should be sold as "Premium Seating". Yes, you will see the performers' faces in great detail, but the stage is too wide to comfortably take it all in (your eyes will be constantly scanning from side to side), the projections are almost indecipherable, and the soundstage from this position buries the voices in the orchestra.

I also saw the show from orchestra row E and it was a far better experience (and worth the "Premium Seating" price). You will still see Ms. Close's face quite well from this distance.
