President Trump Nominates Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court

This is the strategy I heard on NPR today, they can't stop Gorsuch so why bother.

If appointed he will be a illegitimate Justice and outside the Constitution.  Filibuster is the only choice.

The filibuster means nothing, the GOP will just change the rules so that a majority is good enough.  Why waste time, we lost.

The GOP don't necessarily have the votes to end the filibuster. To me, it doesn't really make sense to give them a pass on this one considering the lying bastards cheated and stole it.  

How would the Dems have a leg to stand on next time round if they just roll over this time and squander the legitimate moral highground? I'm not sure I agree with theatredrew or kdogg.

I cringe that there are so many people not voting.  Until this stupidity is ended where do we stand?  Dumb white people like two posters in here have a strong voice.  If they'e white, who knows with the stupidity rampant. I'm sick, I almost wanna get a gun.

Looks like Gorsuch founded a group called Fascism Forever while he was in high school.  No wonder Trump chose him.

Apparently it was a joke. He had such a reputation among his liberal schoolmates for being a conservative that he put that in the yearbook as a joke.
