Has anyone who ordered print-at-home tickets had their tickets delivered to their inbox yet? It usually only takes a couple hours for me but its been 24 hours now. Maybe it has something to do with my bank and it being the weekend?

Did you get a confirmation email?

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Yes but its normally only taken a few hours or at worst one sleep to get my tickets in my email. I'm a bit concerned as they say all over their site they can cancel "without notification" but we'll see.

TigerBait88: I ordered mine on Friday, got the confirmation, but have not received the tickets yet. My confirmation email says there may be a delay on tickets for verification.

OK you've me feel better already. I know it also says if the show is a ways off there may be some delay but usually that comes with an explanation email like Great Comet but we'll see. If I don't hear anything by the end of the week I'll contact them.

Group tickets still aren't on sale for this which I thought was strange since they're typically on sale first. Waiting.

Funny, it took forever until groups sales happened at 2nd stage as well. We had to "threaten" them that we would have to remove our request as it was getting to close to our travel dates without an answer.

Ten minutes later, we had our group tickets.

I bought my tickets yesterday for that Thursday in January when I'm in town for Broadway Con not realizing they have a Sunday night show which I think might be better.

I am hoping Telecharge will exchange my tickets since the same seats are open for that Sunday.

I am excited to see this production as I've heard nothing but great things.

Don't worry, TigerBait88. Each show on Telecharge has a certain delay before the e-tickets are sent out, and they vary by show. Telecharge told me that the delay for Dear Evan Hansen is 3 days. Turns out to be true. I bought my tickets on Friday and got the e-tickets today.

Along these lines, has anyone received their hard tickets in the mail? Telecharge says mine were printed on 6/20, and I usually receive tickets from them 2-3 days after the print date, but no luck nearly two weeks after printing. I called them on Thursday, and they said to give delivery 7-10 business days. Wednesday will make 10, so I'll call again if I haven't received them by then. Just wanted to see if anyone else was having issues...
