Well, since it looks like Ginsberg isn't going anywhere anytime soon, we really have to hope for the Dems to hold onto the Senate. DC has become so dysfunctional that it seems like the only real benefit to having a Dem as POTUS is to select justices.

The Democrats are projected to lose the Senate this fall but most likely regain control in 2016, barring any major surprises or upsets.

Anyone who pulls out that "What difference does it make" quote to portray Clinton as unfeeling or disrespectful must not understand the English language. Of course, anyone who still insists Beghazi hasn't been investigated is obviously not paying attention.

Ok, let's treat this from a mature perspective.

Please list Hillary Clinton's accomplishments as Secretary of State?

And "projections" about what might happen in November's elections are useless. What might happen in elections more than two years from now are downright ridiculous.

"It's now rather very common to hear people say 'I'm rather offended by that'. As if that gives them certain rights. It's actually nothing more than a whine. It has no meaning, no purpose. It has no reason to be respected as a phrase. 'I am offended by that'. Well, so f**king what?"--Stephen Fry

HRC's hawkish nature plays better to the general electorate than it does to the Dem base. However, that Dem base is not nearly as influential in the primary process as the conservative base is in the GOP. Having learned her lessons in 2008, she should be very difficult to beat in 2016 (should she run). The absence of a viable GOP candidate may also enable her to tap into moderate GOP money.

One thing is absolutely inarguable: Hillary Clinton has more foreign policy experience than

A) Any potential Republican 2016 nominee.
B) Mitt Romney.
C) George W. Bush.

Remember when she gave that cheap plastic toy to the Russian diplomat and called it a "reset" button and she couldn't even bother herself to get the correct Russian word for reset? How's that reset button working?

She is a foreign policy disaster!

If that's the worst you can come up with after 8 years of Dubya, then you have completely redefined the word "disaster" much in the way Oxford and Merriam-Webster have redefined "literally".

It's going to get messy pretty soon since Obama pretty much endorsed Warren. And Hillary has apologetically taken Obama to task for his poor foreign policy.
Admittedly, I'm not reading Politico everyday, but did I miss this? When did Obama unofficially endorse Warren? Like any good progressive, I've got lots of love for Warren, but I think she can do more good in the Senate and, yes, eventually in the Supreme Court.

So, Clinton's got this right? She's a Democrat in name, but let's be honest, she's pretty much center-right. Or at least what the right used to be. Beyond all the hawkish foreign policy stuff, she's clearly shown that she's going to, like her hubby, be very friendly to Wall Street while still throwing out non-specific platitudes about "economic inequality" and the fabled "middle class" of America. She's sending a message: "I'm not Obama (or Warren)."

BTW, if you just read the headlines it sounds like Hillary Clinton's going on an attack Obama tour, but her responses in that Atlantic interview are much more subtle and complex. She gets in some fairly soft digs, but leaves plenty of room for Obama to endorse her, which, of course, he will. No doubt, a fiercely intelligent woman and someone born to be in politics. I'm still a fan and will still support her, I just wish I was as passionate about her candidacy as I was in 2008. But I guess, back then, she just seemed so liberal and progressive compared to the prior administration. Today, she could easily say just about everything she did in that interview and be a somewhat progressive Republican. Smoke and mirrors.

Then you'll have no problem listing her accomplishments. Please feel free to list what she did with her time while in office.

You ignored over 100 Congressional inquiries, hearings and reports on the Benghazi attacks- what are the chances you'll listen to me?

I see Hillary as very much a centrist in the area of foreign policy. Anyone would be more hawkish than Obama. Hillary has a great deal of experience of all kinds and I feel she would have been a much better president.

I also feel that her achievements or lack of them in the area of foreign policy was partially due to the fact that Obama is completely inept in that area and she had to do his bidding. Had we had a president with a real world view and one who wanted to engage in that area, her resume' would look different and probably be more impressive.

Being Secretary of State under Obama is a sentence.

Just fixing the title. Apparently some have a half-term governor on their mind.
