Who Have You Gotten Stuff Back From?

Yesterday I got a signed playbill from Beautiful! Also Jessie signed my Drood Playbill and CD cover!

I just wrote a letter. The playbills they send (or at least what I got) are the ones with the old disign.

I just got a cast signed playbill from A Gentleman's Guide today! I believe its been a week since I sent my letter so the response was very fast. I'm so excited about it!

I sent my request to GG awhile ago and still nothing. Humm. If it is coming I suspect it should be here any day. Today I made it to the post office and sent requests to:

Cabaret

We'll see what happens :)

Returned from a college visit yesterday to find a signed collage from Priscilla Lopez and a cast signed playbill from GGLAM. Something about the use of skinny sharpies on that playbill makes it irresistibly beautiful. I think it is now one of my prized possessions. Both took about a week.

Came home today to a cast signed pride playbill from Bullets over Broadway. About a 2 week response

Just got a Responce from Wicked LLC! They sent me:

- A Pride Playbill signed by the current company
- A Greenified 10th Anniversary unsigned playbill
- A press photo signed by Lindsay Mendez

I'm so happy with my stuff I got!

I have a feeling I won't hear back from Cabaret and Violet. Has anyone had success with these two?

I sent to Cabaret earlier this week. Nothing yet. I sent to Violet maybe a month and a half ago. Nothing. I'm hoping they at least send my stuff back. I don't even care if they get signed. I sent my Reefer Madness CD cover with Cabaret and a couple of playbills for Sutton with Violet. Fingers crossed that I get a Responce from Violet.

Has anyone sent to Chicago on Broadway? I've been looking through this post (and on Google) and I haven't seen anything about responses from Chicago. I was thinking about writing and requesting a signed Playbill, so if anyone has sent to them before, tips/information would be greatly appreciated!

I know of a few people that sent stuff directly to Michelle Williams and they received a response from her.

I recently sent out fan mail to a number of shows and I just got back A Gentleman's Guide full cast signed playbill. I'm hoping to get some more back this week. It only took about a week and a half.

Very cool! I saw A Gentleman's Guide last week, but had a splitting headache and a sore throat by the time the show was over so I didn't/couldn't wait at the stage door. It never occurred to me to write anything to the show and send my Playbill for them to sign. Can I ask you, what did you write? Just that you request a signed something or another? Did you provide your own memorabilia to sign along with your letter? Thanks for any info/tips you can provide! Much appreciated.

Anybody tried to do the same for Hedwig? I've done the stage door twice for that show and got both Lena and the band as well as Neil, albeit separately, so no Playbill I have has everyone together.

I just sent a short letter to the stage manager requesting a signed playbill and they didn't request a donation. I sent to Hedwig early in the run and they wanted $50 for a signed playbill but they ended up sending me an unsigned one anyway. I sent that to the stage manager as well.

I have sent to both A Gentleman's Guide and Hedwig. For A Gentleman's I just said that I loved the show but I am currently unable to see it and I asked for a signed playbill. You dont have to include yours if you dont want to. When I sent to Hedwig the stage manager sent a note saying they cannot give out signed playbills so she sent an unsigned one. Hope this helps!
