I'm just curious, has anyone actually met her at the stage door after DRS? She must not ever come out that way, does she?

I'm listening to Into the Woods (OBC) now! But I haven't seen DRS yet.

I met her after the first preview. She was very nice and signed everybody's playbill. She was, actually, the first person to leave that night; about 10 minutes after the curtain.

She didn't come out when I went, but neither did Sherie. Guess it was because it was a matinee and they had another show.

According to Todd Haimes, the artistic director of the Roundabout, the Van Dyke-Rivera strategy — casting a couple of talented no-names and crossing your fingers — is really a second choice these days. “Your first choice,” he said, “is to get a star who’s also great.”

Yes, she does. And she looks stunning. I probably didn't get out there fast enough. This time I shall be quicker to get my but outside.

MEF, no. I saw her talking to some people, and I really wanted to go over to her, but I got scared. I'm horrid at meeting people; I really wish I had.

She is truly gorgeous, esp. in "DRS". She just dripped sex during "What Was A Woman To Do?" When she appeared on the balcony in nothing but a bedsheet...ahhhhhhhhhh.

She is totally hot, Ga. For some reason it doesn't come across onscreen though. I saw her onstage before I ever saw her do anything on TV, and when I did I was shocked at how unkind the camera is to that gorgeous face.

I didn't see her after either show I was at and we were outside pretty fast. The first time, the guy at the door and that she never comes out the stage door...

What was the show she was on that was so good. It was with her and the one from Designing Women and Faith Prince. It was about a book publishing company and it was like Ab Fab in some way.

Nick and Nora. EDIT: Sorry, I thought you were asking what show, Joanna and Faith Prince were in on Broadway together.

Jon, I think you're thinking of "High Sociey," but was Joanna Gleason on that? I remember Faith Prince on the show (along with Mary McDonnell and Jean Smart), but I don't remember Joanna.

BUMP because I adore Joanna Gleason. She's quickly become one of my favourite stage actresses. She was devestating in THE NORMAL HEART, ever so classy and sexy in DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS, and she was glorious perfection in INTO THE WOODS! I shall christen my avatar in her honour.
