inI bought tickets to Fun Home back when everyone said the 100s would probably be the best seats before previews started. I was a little annoyed when that ended up not being true but whatever. But I just checked and they have seats in the 200s in row A... I wish I saw these first because I would have grabbed them in a heartbeat. Do you think telecharge would exchange them?

I went through something similar, and I called Telecharge and they agreed and charged my card for the new tickets and then refunded the old ones. If you call I'm sure they'll do the same.

I had the same experience. I emailed them asking them about this once and they told me to buy the new ticket I wanted and then to email them the confirmation numbers and I would be refunded the other ticket. :)

Yes, they will absolutely let you change. As the others have said, their protocol is to have you buy new seats, and then they issue you a total refund for the original tickets. Just call them.

Thanks for the help, guys. :) I checked to see if those seats were still available and someone bought ONE of them (the bastard! :P), so I obviously can't buy the pair. I think I'm just going to keep my tickets, I'm in row D, seats 106 and 108 and I'm directly in front of premium seats, so I can't imagine them being bad seats.

If it makes you feel any better, row A in the 200's was all premium priced until recently, when they changed all of row A to regular price. So when you originally bought your tickets you probably didn't notice row A was available unless you were searching for premium priced seats.

Posted: 4/20/15 at 6:50pmI had seats in the 100 section a few rows back from where you are and I thought the view was perfectly fine. Yeah, you might miss one or two moments, but there are some great stage pictures visible from those seats, so I wouldn't be worried. Have fun!
