Questions About Broadway Theatre

Hello all! So I have been really interested in Broadway theatre architecture and history lately, and I was wondering if there was a source (online, book, etc) that listed the specs for each Broadway house such as the number of dressing rooms, size of the theatre's backstage, size of the stage, and all of that information.

Does anyone know off the top of their heads which house has the most dressing rooms? I have also always wondered how it is determined which actors/actresses get a private dressing room when there is a show with a lot of leading roles and big names (like the Follies and Evita revivals at the Marquis). Also, which theatre has the biggest backstage? Thanks

Dressing room assignments are often part of the stars' contract negotiations.

I heard the the Minskoff has seven stage level dressing rooms. During the run of SUNSET BLVD, Glenn Close had 3 rooms (one for changing, one to greet guests, and one for her personal asst.), the stage manager used one as an office, the others went to Alan Campbell, George Hearn, and Alice Ripley.
