Bailey Hanks to Lead Red Mountain Theatre Company's LEGALLY BLONDE, 7/12-8/6

MTV's "Search for Elle" winner and Broadway's leading lady, Bailey Hanks, heads to Birmingham to star in Red Mountain Theatre Company's summer blockbuster Legally Blonde July 12-August 5, 2012, at the Virginia Samford Theatre (1116 26th Street South).

College sweetheart and homecoming queen Elle Woods doesn't take "no" for an answer. So when her boyfriend, Warner, dumps her for someone serious, Elle puts down the credit card, hits the books, and heads for Harvard Law School! This award-winning Broadway sensation based on the hit movie is an all-singing, all-dancing, feel-good musical comedy that's sure to be the highlight of your summer.

Show times are Thursday-Saturday, 7:30 PM, and Saturday-Sunday, 2:00 PM. Tickets are $30-35 (group, senior and student rates are available) and can be purchased by calling 205-324-2424 or visiting www.redmountaintheatre.org.

In collaboration with The Birmingham News Multimedia, presented by Energen, with additional funding by AT&T, Bradley, Arant, Boult, Cummings, LLC, Vulcan Materials Company, Nancy & Rob Burton. Orchestra provided by The Gloria Narramore Moody Foundation.
