Maryland Ensemble Theatre (MET) is proud to present another installment of the surreal, sci-fi horror extravaganza that is the Laugh Station series. In Laugh Station: Massacre, it's Halloween aboard the Laugh Station and the crew is ready to party. Little do they realize their costume party falls on the tenth anniversary of a mysterious and tragic accident... and that a knife-wielding, homicidal psychopath is stalking the ship! Can the crew stop this madman before they're picked off one by one in the most grisly possibly fashion? ... Probably not! Join us for the blood-soaked fourth installment of the outrageous Laugh Station series. It's equal parts 80's teen slasher movie and raunchy screwball comedy. Bring your ponchos to this one folks! It's gonna be messy and it probably goes without saying but the show is intended for mature audiences only.

Laugh Station: Massacre is co-written and directed by MET company member Matt Lee, who will be familiar to MET audiences from End Days,The Eight: Reindeer Monologues, Why Torture is Wrong and the People Who Love Them and numerous other shows. Matt's co-writer Jack Colliver stars alongside the intergalactic talents of Lisa Burl, Joe Colliver, Joe Jalette, Matt Lee, Courtney McLaughlin, Colin Shultzaberger & Bailey Sterling. All original music is by Joe Colliver & Mak Kennedy.

Maryland Ensemble Theatre will present Laugh Station: Massacre as part of its MET-X series, created to expand the collective horizons of the MET ensemble and its audience. Performances are November 9 & 10 at 11:00 p.m. at Maryland Ensemble Theatre (31 W Patrick St. Frederick) located in the historic FSK Hotel. Tickets are $10 and may be purchased by phone at (301) 694-4744, online at marylandensemble.org, or in person at the MET box office. The show is intended for mature audience only.

For over a decade, Maryland Ensemble Theatre has been producing thought-provoking theatre, fun family entertainment with The Fun Company, artist residency programs for public schools, challenging classes and the side-splitting Comedy Pigs.
