It's 1963 here in Fells Point, Hon! Come join the "pasting party" when a greedy matriarch wins a million green stamps and enlists all of her neighbors to help. Gossip is shared, accusations are made, and a surprise visit from a long-lost sister threatens to expose more than the women's dirty laundry. A touching, hilarious, and poignant play, Les Belles Soeurs tells a working-class Baltimore story of sisterhood, betrayal, and bingo! This rarely performed work by Canadian playwright, Michel Tremblay, is directed by Richard

Barber, who has directed an eclectic list of plays at venues ranging from Minneapolis to Pittsburgh to Hangzhou, China. At Fells Point Corner Theatre, he directed the highly acclaimed Three Tall Women as well as several 10 minute plays for the very popular 10X10 original play festival in 2011 and 2012. He will also be a director for the upcoming 10X10, 2013 in April.
