Cockpit in Court continues its 2015 season with an old-fashioned musical...Thoroughly Modern Millie. The roaring twenties set the tone for a time when women wanted to become "moderns", in a funny love story full of clever music and spectacular dancing. The show runs from July 17th to August 2nd. Individual tickets are $22 for adults, $20 for senior adults and $14 for children 12 and under.

Thoroughly Modern Millie (Book by: Richard Morris and Dick Scanlan, New Music/Lyrics by: Jeanine Tesori / Dick Scanlan) won six TONY Awards including Best Musical, and was the 2002 season's most awarded new show on Broadway! It is based on the 1967 Academy Award-winning film which featured Julie Andrews and Mary Tyler Moore.

Thoroughly Modern Millie takes you back to the height of the Jazz Age in New York City, when "moderns"-including a flapper named Millie Dillmount-were bobbing their hair, raising their hemlines, entering the workforce, and rewriting the rules of love. This high-spirited musical romp is a delightful valentine to the long-standing spirit of New York City and the people who seek to discover themselves there.

Directed by Jimi Kinstle, Choreographed by Julie Foley, and Musical Direction by Patty Delisle. The cast includes: Amy Luchey (Millie Dillmount), Jim Baxter (Jimmy Smith), Liz Boyer Hunnicutt (Mrs Meers), Mackenzie Drehoff (Miss Dorothy), Jake Stuart (Trevor Graydon), Nancy Asendorf (Muzzy Van Hossmere), Kelsey Luchey (Mrs Flannery), Emily Biondi, Kelly Rardon, Amanda Dickson, Lisa Rigsby, Rebecca Eastman, Rachel Varhaaren, Emily Morgan, Robert Harris, Seth Saunders, Kevin Franiak, Connor Moore, Bill Pheil, Kara Bauer, Jimmy Yarsay, Jenny Kneebone, Johnathon O'Neal, Brendon Morrison, Tyrell Stanley. The rest of the production staff include: Set Designer Janine Vreatt, Lighting Designer Helen Garcia-Alton, Technical Director Moe Conn, Costume Designer Laura Amlie, Sound Designer Terry Edward, Stage Manager Meg Hughes
