The annual Baltimore Sun Online Auction for Center Stage will be open for bidding today, February 21 through March 1 on biddingforgood.com. Items will be able to be previewed February 18 to 20.

For over 35 years, the auction has raised over $5 million for Center Stage programs in the theater, in the community, and in the classroom. Hundreds of items are generously donated by businesses and organizations in Baltimore and beyond, from fine dining to sports to one-of-a-kind experiences and artwork.

A featured auction item available for bid is a Homeland poster autographed by stars Claire Danes and Damien Lewis. Other items include a ride with John Davis from MPT's MotorWeek, tickets to an upcoming One Direction concert at M&T Bank Stadium, private Italian lessons, vintage wine, and private dog training. Overwhelmed? Bid on a fun getaway to the Caribbean and soak in the sun with a five- or seven-night island stay.

Those interested need to register at biddingforgood.com to participate. For more information, visit centerstage.org/auction or email Auction Coordinator Sydney Wilner at swilner@centerstage.org.

The 2015 Baltimore Sun Online Auction for Center Stage is sponsored by The Baltimore Sun and Chesapeake Plywood Company. WYPR is the auction's Media Partner.
