Student Blogger: Madalyn Owen

  Madalyn Owen is a junior communications and media major with minors in Spanish and theatre arts at Nazareth College in Rochester, NY.  She regularly contributes to her school newspaper writing theatre reviews, and had the great opportunity of attending Region II’s Institute of Theatre Journalism and Advocacy of the Kennedy Center’s American College Theatre Festival this year, where she was awarded alternate for the national competition. Raised on classic movie-musicals, Madalyn has a passion for theatre and the performing arts, which she hopes will translate into a career in the arts communications field following graduation.
