Anish Aslan

Anis Aslan was born in Kayseri, Turkey and she is a graduate of Istanbul University from the Foreign Languages Education Department where she majored in English Language Teaching. She started her career as an English Teacher in Turkish Maritime Education Foundation, Maritime Training Centre and she had worked there for 7 years. At the same time, she taught English to all levels from children to the adults in many big companies of Turkey such as Arcelik, Koc Companies, Garanti, Otoyol Iveco.and EnerjiSA. One of the most important thing in her career was to teach Maritime English to the students of Deck & Marine Engines Departments as a Maritime English teacher at Galatasaray University. To join Galatasaray University, one of the best universities in Turkey was her dream in her childhood. In 2008, she changed her teaching career to entertainment business and she has been touring nationally and internationally with the Fire of Anatolia Dance Company for 7 years. Since then, she has been the International Relations Executive of World- famous Turkish Dance Group, Fire of Anatolia. Ms. Aslan has maintained and expanded the impact of Fire of Anatolia’s productions to the most part of the world. With her hard work and efforts, the company deepened its presence abroad by establishing good relationships with the promoters and by extending the Company’s role as Turkey’s Cultural Ambassador to the World with the tours from from Mexico to Bahrain; particularly in the countries of Germany, France, Holland, Italy, Belgium, Martinique Islands in the Caribbean, Russia, China, the UAE, Algeria, Qatar, Azerbaijan, Romania, Bulgaria, Egypt, Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Tunisia, Palestine, Sweden, Libya, Uzbekistan, Morocco, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and so on. Her main roles are international relations direction of the company, coordination of international tours, developing partnerships with promoters and event management companies, organizing performance(s) for international events, establishing and developing links with organizers of cultural events and festivals internationally, initiating relationship and participating in several international networks grouping events, festivals or art and culture related organizations. She has been following up from tech advance to post-show including scheduling, traveling to the event, interacting with guests, managing staff and troubleshooting equipment. She is also working on translating the documents related with the work such as brochures, booklets, flyers, presentation files and the contracts between the promoters and the company. She has certificates in “Advancing the Path to Core Coaching Competencies ACTP Program”, “Coaching Teens and Students into a Thriving Present and Future by Sola Unitas Academy and she has “Certificate of Participation to Personal Transformation Programme by Kadir Has University and Ya?am Atölyesi. She also joined a workshop on “Inherited Family Traumas”. She would like to use all her previous experiences with coaching skills in the future career in Arts, Culture, and Education.
