Due to popular demand and spurred on by the reception Tamarama Rock Surfers received at their impromptu performance of Bob Dylan songs at the Grace Emily on Monday night, they are offering a last minute Bob Dylan soiree at the Bakehouse this Friday the 26th at midnight.

The Bakehouse will already have been rocking along with five shows before this starting at 6.30pm in both the Studio and the Main Stage, finishing with "Up Late and Alone in Denmark" at 11pm.
Stay on after you have seen this last show or simply rock up from your other Fringe events and pay what you can (cash at the door - no bookings).

Here will be a full bar service and wonderful music to finish off your Fringe evening.

Tamarama Rock Surfers must return to Sydney on Saturday so this is your last chance to catch the sounds of Bob Dylan in the intimate, welcoming surroundings of the Bakehouse Theatre before they leave.

The Bakehouse is a charming, intimate live theatre at the east end of Angas Street, just a minute's walk away from the popular restaurant strip in Hutt St, and five minutes walk to The Garden of Unearthly Delights during Fringe time.

You may rely on encountering a warm, welcoming atmosphere where there is no need to dress up, where you may often run into someoNe You know and where you can take your drinks into the theatre with you. We have two theatre spaces - the main theatre, (capacity 76) and the newly opened Studio Theatre (capacity 44)

The Bakehouse is home to two professional resident theatre groups per year. Currently these are Accidental Productions and five.point.one. It has one resident amateur theatre group - Unseen Theatre Company, and is also available for hire by independent professional theatre groups. This spread of theatre groups means that the theatre offers a wide variety of exciting, challenging, interesting and often off-the-wall shows, as well as a few theatre classics and one-handers.
