Silver Raven Festival, a new boutique Americana tinged festival, today announces its lineup including the acclaimed songwriter behind Rolling Stone's #7 album of 2015 Jason Isbell (USA), the female Johnny Cash reincarnate Eilen Jewell (USA) and debauched guitar maelstrom of Endless Boogie (USA).

Set in the idyllic surrounds of The Barossa Valley's Turkey Flat Vineyards, Silver Raven Festival will also serve as the perfect bittersweet farewell to Adelaide darlings The Audreys.

The lineup of international and local talent will be completed by garage rock 'n' roll masters Bad//Dreems, noir alt rocker five piece Koral & The Goodbye Horses, honky-tonk duo Hana & Jessie-Lee (The Sloe Ruin) and the young blues and soul prodigy Ollie English.

Dan Crannitch, music programmer of Silver Raven said: "This lineup is all about quality over quantity: From arguably one of the finest songwriters of our generation, Jason Isbell, to the absolutely stunning songbird Eilen Jewell playing alongside some of Adelaide - and the world's - great musicians... and what a special way to farewell one of Adelaide's most beloved bands, The Audreys."

Food on the day will be fresh from the mobile kitchen of the much loved catering/art installation team behind The Neon Lobster and Here's to Now festival: The Happy Motel, while Turkey Flat are proud to present their award-winning wines.

"Adelaide innately knows quality in their food, wine, music and environments. We're lucky enough to have some of the world's best in all those areas. We wanted to create an event where our community can enjoy all this in one perfect day. That will be Silver Raven Festival at Turkey Flat Vineyards." said Silver Raven director and member of the Turkey Flat family Alex Schulz.

Silver Raven Festival tickets go on sale Thursday 17 December from Oztix and start at $79, with return transfers from Adelaide city tickets at $115.

Children 2 years old & under FREE JASON ISBELL (USA)
"Jason Isbell is arguably the most revered roots-rock singer-songwriter of his generation." - The Music
Jason Isbell, along with his stellar band The 400 Unit, will return to Australia to play Silver Raven Festival. Released in July, his incredible new album Something More Than Free, has simply reinforced what a formidable and respected songwriter Isbell is. It debuted at #1 on three Billboard charts - Top Rock Album, Country Album & Folk Albums - it has set airplay records around the globe and has critics raving. Rolling Stone Magazine being one: another: "Alt-country? Americana? Whatever, he's made another utterly towering record." EILEN JEWELL (USA)
Honesty, confidence, and respect permeate Eilen Jewell's music, dating back to her self-released Boundary County album in 2006. Since then, the Boise native has recorded five studio albums for Signature Sounds with her road-tested touring band, and two more as a member of the Boston-based gospel-charged Sacred Shakers (also on Signature Sounds), which includes that well-oiled band at its core. ENDLESS BOOGIE (USA)
Endless Boogie: the best-kept secret in New York's rock scene. In a sea of derivative and freshly outfitted young bands, Endless Boogie - with a combined age of 169 and members who count Canned Heat as one of their influences - doesn't have a big agenda. They just want to rock with you, preferably all night long. "We try boogie sometimes, but boogie's hard," says guitarist Jesper Eklow (aka "The Governor") self-effacingly. "Boogie takes skill and we haven't honed those skills yet." The band's sound is a meltdown of metal, psychedelic and classic rock with a heavy dose of riffage, a kick-ass beat and super-cryptic lyrics. It's thunderous and mellow at once. BAD//DREEMS
A sound, which draws from the Australian underground of the late 70s and 80s, while also taking cues from US indie outsiders like The Replacements and Wipers. Mundane meets morbid; the humdrum meets the horror; nostalgia meets nightmare. Big dreams meet bad dreams. THE AUDREYS
The Audreys are songwriting duo Taasha Coates and Tristan Goodall. Formed in Adelaide in 2004, they have become one of Australia's most respected folk rock acts. They like vintage clothes, vinyl records, drinking, touring and each other.
They will play their last ever show together at Silver Raven Festival. KORAL & THE GOODBYE HORSES
"...Adelaide's Koral & The Goodbye Horses straddle a line between giants like PJ Harvey and more contemporary voices like Ainslie Wills and Anna Calvi" - Rip It Up
SAM Award nominated noir alt-rockers Koral & The Goodbye Horses released their debut EP Nocturnes to critical acclaim in 2015. JESSIE & HANA (THE SLOE RUIN)
Hana & Jessie-Lee are a honky-tonk, country and western whiskey drinkin' duo that arose from the band The Sloe Ruin.
After fronting as lead singer and lead twangin' guitarist, the two decided to continue the boot stomping after the band ended in mid 2015. Singing songs of heart break, late nights at the bar and travelling the world with a hip-flask of single malt, the soulful vocal tones and punchy lead guitar licks will steal your attention in the first line.
Having already played supports for Tex Perkins, The Kill Devil Hills, and American country singer Sam Outlaw, the pair have some special shows coming up in the new year, as well as a brand new two track single to be released in early 2016. OLLIE ENGLISH
Ollie English is a singer-songwriter, guitarist from Adelaide, South Australia. The blues musician just released his new single I Know You're Gonna Leave, surprisingly forceful yet emotive. With debut EP Cabin Thoughts expected for release in late October, this serves as a nice preview. "A slow building and ominous track, it showcases Ollie's raw vocals and composition skills. The subtle guitar melody develops into a stomping blues riff backed by a lazy bass-line and shuffling drums. I can't wait to hear more of his dark, brooding sound" - (Melina Scarfo, Made Of Honey)
