Following the highly successful Esprit! at the Paramount Theatre where Director Paul Buetel hailed this production as “the best show we’ve had this season!”, this concert once again brings together some of Austin’s finest world dance artists in collaboration with Tapestry to celebrate world spirit and dance! Under the direction of Artistic Director Acia Gray (premiere member of the Austin Arts Hall of Fame by the Austin Critic’s Table), this exciting evening brings the rhythms and colors from around the world in a collaborative evening of tradition and contemporary creation with the artists of Tapestry Dance Company. Guests and collaborators include Roy Lozano’s Ballet Folklorico, Anu Naimpally, The Irish Dance Company, Love of China, The Lannaya Drum & Dance Ensemble and Zein Al-Jundi!
