TexARTS Association for the Performing and Visual Arts is delighted to present Disney's Aladdin Jr., based on the 1992 animated film.

The TexARTS Youth Musical Theatre Academy students star in this fantastic tale of the young street-smart commoner whose whole life changes with one rub of a magic lamp. All of your favorite characters from the hit film are here in this musical adventure filled with magic, mayhem, and flying carpet rides.

Disney's Aladdin Jr. features an Academy Award-winning score, with songs by Alan Menken, Howard Ashman, and Tim Rice, including "Friend Like Me." This production is sure to send you soaring to "A Whole New World!"

The production is directed by Natalia Luna, choreographed by Cassie Eckerman and music directed by Jamie Shaw. Shows run January 17 & 24 at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. and January 18 & 25 at 2 p.m.

All performances are held at the Kam & James Morris Theatre at TexARTS (2300 Lohman's Spur, Suite #160, Lakeway, TX). All ages are welcome. Tickets for reserved seating are $15 and are available at www.tex-arts.org or by calling the TexARTS Box Office at 512-852-9079 x101.
