On Friday, March 17th, 2017, Israel Nash once again swings open the gates to his Hill Country ranch to host the return of Plum Creek Sound Presents: Live From the Hills With Love.

With the addition of a new outdoor stage, Live from the Hills with Love presents performances from 10 bands including Israel Nash, The Bright Light Social Hour, Matthew Logan Vasquez, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Banditos, All Our Exes Live In Texas, Brent Cowles, Wesley Jensen, Andrew St. James plus special guest performers and spontaneous pop-up sessions throughout the day.

Plum Creek Sound, the studio that Nash and his bandmates built on his land in 2015 to record Israel Nash's Silver Season, officially opened its doors last March. Hosting artists, friends, fans and family, for an intimate day in the Hill Country full of music, food and great company Live From the Hills captured Nash's vision of strangers becoming friends, artists mingling with fans, friends becoming family - all coming together to share a beautiful afternoon together in the Texas Hill Country.

The 2017 edition will see the addition of an outdoor stage, added capacity onsite, shuttles from downtown Austin, merchants and additional onsite activations for attendees to explore and enjoy - including a dedicated kids area in partnership with Dripping Springs' Journey School with planned activities for the little ones such as a scavenger hunt, art projects and more. For the adults, Tequila Herradura will be onsite providing tastings and signature cocktails, Odell Brewing Co. is returning with a beer garden and delicious food available from Austin's Belly Up! food trailer. Vendors include Maker & Smith Jewelry, Indigo Fera clothing and Osprey. Fans can expect spontaneous pop-up sessions from musicians throughout the day, and are encouraged to record their own musical inspirations with Gibson field recorders and Epiphone guitars set up onsite.

Explaining the vision behind the event, Nash states, "As many people know, I'm all about writing, recording, living, and talking about the Hill Country and my tiny town, Dripping Springs, TX. It's just a purely magical place for me to really be myself as an artist and person. I also believe that those things that bless us should be shared. So we are once again swinging the front gate open and inviting people to come out to Plum Creek Sound to hear some amazing bands, take in some incredible hill country views and hopefully, that peace I get from being out here can be bestowed on others. It's about people coming together and making this life work out. Incredible things happen that way..."
