Pinch 'n' Ouch Theatre has become a go-to theatre for sexy, edgy, new plays and their latest production of THE WAY WE GET BY is sure to be just that. It's a romantic comedy by Neil LaBute about love, lust and the whole darn thing.

The play stars LaBute veterans Grant McGowen (The Aliens, Reasons To Be Pretty, Some Girls) and Tyner Rushing (The Shape Of Things). It's also Directed by Morgan McGowen, who co-starred with Rushing in LaBute's The Shape Of Things and most recently directed Quiara Alegria Hudes' Pulitzer Prize-winning Water By The Spoonful.

"I find myself challenged to confront my own society's views on gender and image," says Rushing on LaBute's plays. "He delves into the darker side of humanity with his characters and their relationships," adds Director Morgan McGowen. "He's not afraid to really go there and find the beauty in the darkness."

Rushing also notes, "the best part of working on this play is the people." She says, "I hold Morgan and Grant in the highest regard." Producing Artistic Director and actor Grant McGowen agrees, "I'm totally in love with Tyner and Morgan. They both are incredibly brave artists."

"The Way We Get By is a refreshing look at love and modern relationships," says Director Morgan McGowen. "The main characters, Beth and Doug, put it all on the line and there is something heartwarming about that. Just two humans trying to find real, honest love."

THE WAY WE GET BY runs June 16-July 16 with possible extension dates to be announced. For tickets and info: www.pnotheatre.org or call 678-231-1262.
