Serenbe Playhouse has announced its upcoming 2012 season which includes ALICE IN WONDERLAND, A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, and TIME BETWEEN US.

Alice in Wonderland will be directed by Brian Clowdus with Production Design by Brandon R. McWilliams and introducing Skylar Nicholson as Alice. The show will plau The Forest Glen Stage (Near The Tree House) June 1 - July 28th (Fridays & Saturdays at 11am). Tickets are between $10-15.

Think you know all there is to know about Alice? Think again. In this fresh, World Premiere adaptation by Rachel Teagle, based on the Lewis Carroll classic, we meet an introverted Alice, closed off from the world, her imagination, and most tragically, her ability to DREAM. With the help of a scrappy troupe of magical, masked characters, Alice loses herself in the joy of nonsense, unlocks her imagination, and finally, learns to be her true self. In the spirit of Commedia dell'Arte, we invite children of all ages to fall down this DREAMY new rabbit hole...

A Midsummer Night's Dream will be directed by Brian Clowdus with production design by Brandon R. McWilliams and starring Erin Burnett, Jordan Craig, Laura Floyd, Brian Kurlander, Jessica Miesel, Caitlin Reeves, and Justin Walker. The show will play the Open Air Function Room Stage (Entrance at The Inn) from June 28 - July 15 (Thursday-Sunday at 8pm). Tickets are $15-25.

Rage and Jealously. Lust and Laughter. Longing and Love... No, this is not Reality TV! The Bard's celebrated Romantic Comedy gets a sumptuous makeover nestled in the enchanted forests of Serenbe. Travel with four young lovers into a magical wood where mischievous fairies collect mortals' objects and reclaim them as their treasures. With a nod to the music and aesthetic of the 1950s, we hope you will join us one Midsummer Night in this audience interactive experience and... DREAM a Little DREAM.

Time Between Us will be directed by Justin Anderson and music directed by Seth Davis starring Brian Clowdus and Laura Floyd. The show will play The Stables Courtyard Stage (The Serenbe Stables) from July 26 - August 18 (Thursday-Saturday at 8:30pm). Tickets are $15-25.

Can we ever really have it all? In this Regional World Premiere Musical by rising stars, Tess Barker and Brett Schrier, we meet Morgan and Matthew - best friends who DREAM of their perfectly balanced adult lives with equal parts professional success and personal fulfillment. Across the span of thirty years, irresistible opportunities and heart-breaking choices propel each of the friends toward a surprising and inescapable destiny. A beautifully haunting portrait of friendship, sacrifice and DREAMS, all set within the majestic Serenbe Stables.
