Longtime friends and dre.dance artistic directors/choreographers Taye Diggs (Rent, Wicked, Chicago, Carousel) and Andrew Palermo (Wicked, Annie Get Your Gun, How to Succeed...) will bring their vision of dance to life as they present pre.view at the Ailey Citigroup Theatre (405 W. 55th St. 9th Ave) on Friday, February 3rd at 8 PM, Saturday, February 4th at 2 PM and 8 PM and Sunday, February 5th at 3 PM and 7:30 PM.

pre.view will feature the music of award-winning composer/lyricist Michael John LaChiusa (See What I Wanna See, The Wild Party, Marie Christine), as well as an ensemble of performers that include Rachel Bress (Chess, Mamma Mia!), Chesare Hardy (Juilliard Dance Ensemble), Tiger Martina (Movin' Out), Karen More (Elisa Monte Co.), Jennifer Parsinen (Fame), Shanna VanDerwerker (Wicked) and Neka Zang (numerous commercials and MTV videos).

"Diggs' and Palermo's choreography is showcased in act one, as the socially relevant story of three friends, tragically pulled apart by lust and revenge, unravels bit by bit. The second act features new repertory pieces, displaying the dre.dance company's increasingly distinctive style," according to press notes.

Diggs and Palermo have worked together for more than 16 years and collectively, their choreography credits include: the Joffrey Ballet's 2005 gala in 2005, Great Joy at The Amsterdam Theatre, Kristin Chenoweth at Carnegie Hall and the New York City Festival of Dance featuring Idina Menzel (who is married to Diggs).

Tickets are $35 and are available by visiting www.smarttix.com or calling (212) 868-4444. For more information, visit www.dredance.com
