BIOGRAPHIES

RIPLEY is a New York City-based, self-produced rock band whose sound features layers of soaring vocals/crunchy guitars, big fat drums and bass, and spastic keyboards. The band features Alice Ripley (vocals, guitars), Shannon Ford (drums), Christopher Schelling (keyboards) and Skip Ward (base). Alice Ripley is a Tony Award nominee who also previously released a critically acclaimed solo CD, "Everything's Fine."

JEREMY SCHONFELD is a critically acclaimed singer/songwriter/composer whose current theatrical concept album "Drift" is available on Sh-K-Boom Records, and whose collaboration with Renee Flemings, Heart and Home, is currently represented in the Atrainplays festival at Playwrights Horizons.

Paige Price has been seen on Broadway in Saturday Night Fever, Smokey Joe's Cafe and Beauty and the Beast (original cast). Paige produced and sang in Hat Trick, an L.A.-based female vocal trio and is currently gigging in New York with her pop band.

Jeremy Kushnier was recently seen as Roger in Rent and originated the role of Ren in Footloose on Broadway. On tour he played Radames in Aida as well as Roger in Rent. Regional credits include the Signature Theatre's Rhythm Club. A native of Winnipeg, he was seen in the Canadian companies of The Who's Tommy and Rent. Jeremy's CD, "In Time" is currently available and he is working on his second.

LISA JACKSON & GIRL FRIDAY are quickly becoming one of NYC's most buzzed about rock acts, combining a perfect mix of punk rock energy with that late 70's/early 80's brand of arena rock you know you wanna' raise your lighters to. Playing regularly to packed houses at New York's CBGBs, Tranny Rock Princess Lisa and her boys have also started to take the rest of the country by storm - playing to thousands at The Milwaukee Pride Fest with Pat Benatar and The Motels, becoming a major fixture in the Minneapolis music scene (where they will be headlining the Pride Fest with The Psychedelic Furs this summer), as well as making new fans in Los Angeles, Chicago, Colorado, Boston, Philadelphia, and Provincetown, just to name a few. "I-AM-A-OK" is the first release from the band, with a new CD, "The Beautiful Freak" available in June.

BRIDGET EVERETT AND Kenny Mellman. Comedienne and cabaret songstress Bridget Everett and pianist Kenny Mellman (Herb of Kiki & Herb) will perform tender, shameful selections from their show, At Least It's Pink, a sordid small-town girl journey that includes some jaw-dropping originals along with covers of Hall & Oates to Blondie to Bruce Springsteen.
