Yahoo! Broadway Hosts New Blog Series with 'Chicago' Producer Barry Weissler

On Monday, January 14, 2008, Yahoo! Broadway is pleased to announce a month-long collaboration with Tony Award-winning Broadway producer Barry Weissler (Chicago, Annie Get Your Gun, Falsettos).  Throughout the month, visitors can access Weissler's personal blog in which he discusses what it takes to make it in show business. The blog will be updated on a regular basis, Mondays through Fridays, and will feature other exclusive online content including photos, video and more.

Broadway producers Barry Weissler and Fran Weissler are the recipients of five Tony Awards. They are currently represented on Broadway – and across the globe -- with the international smash hit Chicago, which earned six 1997 Tony Awards including Best Musical Revival, as well as countless other awards in the U.S. and abroad.
 
Chicago plays on Broadway at the Ambassador Theatre (219 W. 49th St.). The regular performances are Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 8 p.m, Tuesday and Sunday evenings at 7 p.m, Saturday and Sunday Matinees at 2 p.m.

Tickets are scaled at $59 - $111.50 (all ticket prices include a $1.50 facility fee) and are available by calling Telecharge.com at 212-239-6200 . Tickets may also be purchased in-person at the Ambassador Theatre Box Office. Regular Box Office hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, and noon to 7 p.m. Sundays.
