YOLO! Productions announces it's run of Danny and the Deep Blue Sea written by John Patrick Shanley, directed by award-winning director Michelle Tattenbaum. Danny and the Deep Blue Sea opens Tuesday October 7, 2014. The performance schedule is October 7-10, 20, 22-24 at 7:00 p.m at Nuyorican Poets Cafe.

Danny and the Deep Blue Sea is a show about two of society's rejects, Danny and Roberta, who strike up a haltingly bitter conversation at a bar in the Bronx. As their reserve begins to fade, they find an exorcism and forgiveness that, while painful, offers the hope of a future touched. Performed at the famed Nuyorican Poets Café, we invite you to join Danny and Roberta for a beer and discover John Patrick Shanley's story of unexpected love.

Nuyorican Poets Café has been bringing New York City established artists and rising stars in theatre, music, performance art, literature, poetry slams and visual art since 1973. The theatre is located at 236 E 3rd Street New York, NY 10009 (between Avenue B and Avenue C). Tickets, priced at $20 are available at http://bit.ly/1AFaEhZ.

YOLO! Productions is a theatrical production company with the vision of producing published and original works that enhances the visibility of women in theater.
