The ultimate guilty pleasure play is back!

Award nominated Vertigo Theatre Productions have been thrilling audiences for the past 5 years with their UK Premieres of major Off Broadway hits like the 5 star reviewed Die, Mommie, Die, Psycho Beach Party and Dog Sees God as well as original plays including Rage, Christmas Sorority Massacre, Numb, cLOOless and the award nominated OUT!

After scoring rave reviews in September with their world premiere stage adaptation of EXAM (which has had interest from major New York producers) the team are bringing back one of their biggest original hits 'M', a trashy thriller that pays homage to films such as Cruel Intentions and Wild Things as well as tipping its hat to stage thrillers of the 1940s and 50s. This revival has had a rewrite that sees new twists, new shocks and more bad behaviour from the wealthy Manhattan young adults who are about to play a sinister game.

The thriller that What's on Stage.com called 'Marvellous and well worth seeing' and the Manchester Evening News raved 'M easily meets its target' will open for one week only from January 23rd – 26th at the Three Minute Theatre. Tickets will go on sale from Oct 16th via Quaytickets and are expected to sell fast. Original cast members Adele Stanhope and Rick Carter are returning to their roles that earned both of them rave reviews. They will be joined by Richard Allen, David Degiorgio, Christine Wilson, Nathanial Hall and Mark Hill. The play is written and directed by Craig Hepworth and Adele Stanhope and produced by Vertigo Theatre Productions.

Money, greed, sex, manipulation, backstabbing and murder run riot in this original thriller that pays homage to classic stage thrillers of the 40s and 50s whilst giving the genre a youthful sexy spin. Imagine Hitchcock's twists with Cruel Intentions' style and edge. M tells the story of two siblings who after their parents die are left huge amounts of money and earn notoriety on the Manhattan social scene. One night an attack on one of the siblings at his home shakes up the brother and sisters group of friends, but at first what seems like a robbery gone wrong fast turns in to something far more sinister. Twists and turns catapult through a play where nobody is what they seem and everybody has a price. The attractive world of these rich young adults is about to show it's darker side. Being bad has NEVER looked so good.

Embracing its trashy sexy roots, M proved a huge audience and critic favourite in its 2009 premiere, the ultimate guilty pleasure play is back!
