Tracy Morgan stopped by this morning's TODAY to talk about he character he voices, the loveable bulldog 'Luiz', who is always being left behind in the new animated film 'Rio 2. The '30 Rock' star reveals that he is "throwing himself in the mix" as a replacement for David Letterman, who recently announced he would be retiring from as host of 'Late Show' in 2015.
