Below, A GENTLEMAN'S GUIDE TO LOVE AND MURDER star and Tony nominee Jefferson Mays gives a behind-the-scenes look at the hit Broadway musical from his dressing room at the Walter Kerr Theatre.

In the exclusive USA Today video, the actor talks about his role in the show, which he says gives him a nightly cardio workout. "I'm in perpetual motion on stage, and off stage," says the talented star. "I'm doing extremely strenuous and complicated costume changes. The entire evening just passes in a blur; I'm awash in sweat and utterly spent. And we have two shows on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I'm in my 50th year, you know - I have to go crawling home and into my oxygen tent, practically."

Following critically acclaimed, smash-hit runs at The Hartford Stage and San Diego's Old Globe Theatre, A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder stars Tony Award Winner Jefferson MaysandBryce Pinkham, and features Lisa O'Hare, Lauren Worsham, Jane Carr, Pamela Bob, Joanna Glushak,Eddie Korbich, Jeff Kready, Mark Ledbetter, Jennifer Smith, Price Waldman, and Catherine Walker. The show officially opened on Sunday, November 17.

A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder features a book by Robert L. Freedman, music by Steven Lutvak, and lyrics by Robert L. Freedman and Steven Lutvak. Darko Tresnjak directs and Peggy Hickey choreographs.
