With the first two seasons (S1 / S2) garnering more than 3 million views, season three of Runaways dives further into the murder and intrigue surrounding the affluent students of Danbury Prep Academy and picks up with Kalee and Mason making a getaway as new clues about her father's killer are revealed. Before the season concludes, viewers will finally learn who killed William Abernathy.

Runaways peels back the layers of a mystery involving the disappearance of the local prep school's most controversial couple on the same day the police discover a violent murder, leaving their classmates to police interrogation as they try to piece together what really happened. The teen-targeted series offers the high production value of Primetime drama, but on the web where a growing number teens have turned for scripted entertainment. With popular series like Runaways and recently launched Side Effects, AwesomenessTV is reinventing scripted drama for teens and tweens on the web.

Runaways is executive produced by Brian Robbins and Joe Davola (Smallville, One Tree Hill, All That), Clark Mathis, and Beth Szymkowski Mathis, who also wrote the series.
