VIDEO: Heidi Klum Kisses Jay on LENO

On last night's TONIGHT SHOW WITH JAY LENO, NBC's "America's Got Talent" judge Heidi Klum made her 24th appearance on the show and left Jay with something to remember her by after saying some nice words about him.
