A Mexican theatre production that explores the life and legacy of the painter Remedios Varo at the UNITED SOLO Theatre Festival.

Remedios Varo was a Spanish surrealist painter who lived and loved Mexico. Along her whole life she dedicated herself to break the different frontiers that a woman would face in the first half of the twentieth century. Some of those problems still live in our society and we seek to tell a message about equity and justice through her work.

Preformed by Ana Karen Sahagun, written by Jorge Fábregas and directed by Luis Manuel Aguilar 'El Mosco'.

United Solo is the world's largest solo theatre festival, currently in its 7th season. ?All shows are staged at Theatre Row: 410 West, 42nd Street, New York City. We feel happy and proud to be able to share our work in such a special city for the scenic world.
