Sheryl Sandberg's LEAN IN continues to control the nonfiction NY Times list, George R.R. Martin's famed A SONG OF ICE AND FIRE series worked its way to the top of Amazon's best seller charts, dethroning Stephen King's latest novel JOYLAND.
