Tony-nominated performer Christine Andreas and husband/composer Martin Silvestri bring their "musical valentine" Love is Good to Guild Hall for one night only.

Andreas calls Love is Good her "most personal show...we've fashioned a warm, witty, poignant & beautifully arched evening of music drawn from our life experiences and expressed thru the American songbook, Broadway, and very personal original songs performed."

On Broadway, Andreas has delighted audiences with her turns in La Cage Aux Folles, Oklahoma!, The Scarlet Pimpernel and as Eliza Doolittle in the 20th Anniversary production of My Fair Lady. She has also performed in Carnegie Hall and with the Boston Philharmonic and the Detroit Symphony among others.

The concert will take place on Friday, September 30 at 7:00 pm, and is followed by a reception. All proceeds from the evening's performance will benefit New York actors in financial crisis.

The Episcopal Actors' Guild, established in 1923, is a charitable organization offering emergency assistance and career support to professional performers "of all faiths, and none." We also host a full calendar of events and fundraisers including concerts, variety shows, play readings, and professional workshops. Learn more at www.actorsguild.org.
