Tom Mannion, Brid Brennan and More Star in ALL MY SONS at Regent's Park Open Air, May 15

Casting for Regent's Park Open Air Theatre's 2014 production of All My Sons was announced today, with further casting confirmed for Hobson's Choice and the Gershwins' Porgy and Bess. The season opens on 15 May.

ALL MY SONS

Tom Mannion and Brid Brennan will play Joe and Kate Keller along with Charles Aitken who will play their son, Chris.Amy Nuttall will play the role of Ann Deever. All My Sons will run from 15 May to 7 June and will be directed by Artistic Director Timothy Sheader with set and costume by Lizzie Clachan whose credits include Edward II, Port and A Woman Killed with Kindness (National Theatre), A Season in the Congo (Young Vic) and Happy Days (Sheffield Crucible) for which she won the TMA Best Design Award.

Tom Mannion is a distinguished theatre actor with recent stage roles including Victor in Arthur Miller's The Price (UK Tour), Inspector Goole in An Inspector Calls (UK Tour), Niels Bohr in Copenhagen (Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh), Oberon in A Midsummer Night's Dream (Shakespeare's Globe) and numerous productions at the Royal Shakespeare Company includingThe Night of My Soul, Julius Caesar, The Merry Wives of Windsor, The Duchess of Malfi, Othello, Philistines, The Danton Affair and The Tempest. Tom has previously appeared at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre in Two Gentlemen of Verona,Bartholomew Fair, A Midsummer Night's Dream and Much Ado About Nothing.

Brid Brennan is a Tony Award-winning Irish actress who has appeared in Dancing at Lughnasa (Broadway) for which she won the Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Play, Rutherford and Son (National Theatre) and The Little Foxes(Donmar Warehouse) both of which earned her an Olivier Award nomination. Brid's further theatre credits include Sweet Bird of Youth (Old Vic), Henry V (Shakespeare's Globe), Bliss (Royal Court) and Doubt (The Abbey Theatre, Dublin) and film roles include Dancing at Lughnasa and Shadow Dancer.

Charles Aitken's has performed on stage in Sweet Bird of Youth (Old Vic), Events While Guarding the Bofors Gun(Finborough), King Lear and As You Like It (Royal Shakespeare Company / Roundhouse / New York) and Othello (Frantic Assembly). Charles' television credits include Foyle's War and Bonkers.

Amy Nuttall's theatre credits include Noises Off (Old Vic), A Streetcar Named Desire (Bolton Octagon), My Fair Lady (UK Tour), Cabaret (Lyric Theatre) and Guys and Dolls (Piccadilly Theatre), with television roles including Downton Abbey.

Other casting includes Andy McKeane as George Deever, Simon Wilson as Dr Jim Bayliss, Tilly Blackwood as Sue Bayliss, Maddie Rice as Lydia Lubey, Matt Cross as Frank Lubey and Charles Maddox, Ewan Harris and Johnny Peat will share the role of Bert.

HOBSON'S CHOICE

Karl Davies will play Willy Mossop in Hobson's Choice alongside the previously announced cast which features Mark Bentonas Henry Hobson.

Karl Davies is best known for his long-running television roles as Robert Sugden in Emmerdale and Lyle Anderson inKingdom. Karl has appeared on stage in The Great Game (Tricycle Theatre) and Propeller's The Winter's Tale and Henry Vdirected by Edward Hall.

Mark Benton is well known for his television roles in Early Doors, Northern Lights and Waterloo Road. Mark has also appeared on stage in Richard III (Royal Shakespeare Company), The Front Page (Donmar Warehouse), A Day in the Death of Joe Egg (Nottingham Playhouse) and the 2013 UK tour of Hairspray. In September 2013 Mark was a popular contestant on BBC1's Strictly Come Dancing.

Directed by Nadia Fall, Hobson's Choice will run from 12 June to 12 July.

THE GERSHWINS' PORGY AND BESS

Jade Ewen will play Clara, Cedric Neal will play Sportin' Life, Golda Rosheuvel will play Serena and Leon Lopez will play Jake in the Gershwins' Porgy and Bess, alongside the previously announced cast Rufus Bonds Jr and Nicola Hughes who will play the title roles.

Jade Ewen has previously appeared in Tonight's The Night (UK Tour), Whistle Down The Wind (Aldwych Theatre) and Disney's The Lion King (Lyceum Theatre). Jade is also a former member of Sugababes and in 2009 represented the UK in the Eurovision Song Contest performing It's My Time written by Andrew Lloyd Webber.

Cedric Neal is an American actor whose stage credits include After Midnight (Brooks Atkinson Theatre, Broadway), the Gershwins' Porgy and Bess (Broadway) and Dreamgirls (Signature Theatre) for which he was awarded the Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor. Cedric played the role of Kennard Royce in the television series Friday Night Lights.

Leon Lopez is a British actor whose stage credits include Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (UK tour), Rent (Duke of York's), Tick, Tick... BOOM! (Duchess Theatre) and Piaf (Donmar Warehouse). Leon also played the long-running role of Jerome Johnson inBrookside.

Golda Rosheuvel has performed on stage in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time (National Theatre), South Pacific (National Theatre), Macbeth (Shakespeare's Globe) and You Can't Take it With You (Royal Exchange, Manchester). Golda previously played Lady Macbeth in the Open Air Theatre's production of Macbeth re-imagined for everyone aged six and over.

Rufus Bonds Jr, Phillip Boykin and Cedric Neal are appearing with the permission of UK Equity, incorporating the Variety Artistes' Federation, pursuant to an exchange program between American Equity and UK Equity.

Celebrated as a landmark piece of American theatre, the Gershwins' Porgy and Bess will run from 17 July to 23 August, directed by Timothy Sheader, with a book adapted by Suzan-Lori Parks and a musical score adapted by Diedre L. Murray.

Casting for Twelfth Night re-imagined for ages 6 and over and To Kill a Mockingbird will be announced in due course.
