Tom Paley played with Woody Guthrie and Leadbelly and was a co-founder of the New Lost City Ramblers with Mike Seeger John Cohen. Paley has serious Folk credibility!

Hear him along with his son, Ben Paley, in a concert sponsored by The Folk Music Society of NY on Tuesday, Feb. 9th, 2016 at 7:30pm. doors open at 7:00. The venue is the OSA Hall (7th floor), 220 E 23rd St. in Manhattan. Contribution: General public $20, Folk Society members $18. Tickets are available at the door.

The elder Paley is a multi-instrumentalist, and a true master of the banjo. A folk revivalist of the first order, Tom influenced scores of younger musicians, including Bob Dylan.

Son, Ben, is a wizard on the fiddle playing Swedish fiddle as well as American Old Time music. He authored Swedish Fiddle Music: An Anthology, the standard work on the subject in English.

The concert takes place at OSA Hall, 220 East 23rd St, Manhattan (between 2 & 3 Aves). Take the 6 train to 23rd and Lexington
