JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT is set to play at the Wichita Theatre Performing Arts Center beginning February 19th. The production will run through March 6th.

Performances are scheduled for Friday nights at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 2:30pm and 7:30pm.

JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT follows the journey of Joseph from the Bible's book of Genesis. Joseph's inspiring story is told through a series of pop ballads and catchy songs sung by a female narrator and the play's major characters. The show was first performed in 1968 as a 15-minute pop cantata, which eventually premiered and revived several times on Broadway and in the West End. To date, nearly 20,000 schools and amateur theatre organizations all over the world have staged successful productions of the musical. Popular song numbers from the show include "Any Dream Will Do," "One More Angel in Heaven." "Benjamin Calypso," and the "Joseph Megamix."
