The Upright Citizen's Brigade presents Urgent Care, written by and featuring Janet Silverman (UCB's Nipsey, Janet Looks at 89 Dicks) and Lindsay Brill (The Old Globe, Hack My Life) and directed by Matt Gehring (Montreal Just For Laughs, Amazon's The Tick.)

These days health insurance is no laughing matter. But in this smart, witty 30 minute show, filled with eccentric characters and extreme circumstances, Lindsay Brill and Janet Silverman will make you do just that.

Urgent Care is a fast-paced, farcical romp set in a New York City Urgent Care. For Janet and Lindsay, two women in their 30's, their local Urgent Care is their "Cheers." There they struggle with anger issues, expiring health insurance, and the norms of traditional adulthood. In a twist on the modern multi character show, Brill and Silverman each take turns playing every role in the show.

Upcoming performances of Urgent Care are on 8/10 and 8/24 at 9:30pm at The Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatre (307 W 26th Street, btw 8th & 9th Ave.) Tickets are $7.
