The Greenville Little Theatre (GLT) is delighted to present its 2017 - 2018 92nd Dazzling Season!

Agatha Christie's The Mousetrap (September 8 - October 1, 2017)

The longest running show in history, The Mousetrap captures five guests and their two hosts in Monkswell Manor. A local woman has been murdered, and a note left at the scene of the crime indicates that the murderer intends to visit the Manor. The snowbound guests could all be the murderer or the next victim. With a children's song as his only clue, can Detective Trotter solve the mystery of "The Three Blind Mice" before the killer claims their final victim?

Over the River and Through the Woods (October 27 - November 12, 2017)

The riotous generational comedy! Nick has been offered a dream job that will take him to Seattle and away from New Jersey and his lovable but annoying Italian-American grandparents whom he visits each Sunday. The family begins to hatch plots and schemes to keep Nick around, even setting him up with the woman of his dreams. Written by Joe DiPietro, best known for All Shook Up.

Sherlock Holmes and the Christmas Goose (December 7 - 17, 2017)

Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson are at it again in a Christmas caper for the whole family. Based on Arthur Conan Doyle's story "The Blue Carbuncle," this holiday adventure follows them as they endeavor to unravel the mystery of the fearsome Shropshire Slasher and the missing Blue Delilah Diamond. A game of mystery, intrigue, humor, and "fowl" play are afoot in this Christmas case. In the end, even the World's Greatest Detective has a thing or two to learn about the true meaning of Christmas. From the hilarious playwrights who brought you Don't Cry for Me, Margaret Mitchell.

Ragtime: The Musical (March 9 - 25, 2018)

The stunning, turn-of-the-century American musical! Ragtime's Tony award-winning music and lyrics chronicle the lives of three distinct groups in 20th Century America: African Americans, upper-class suburbanites, and Eastern European immigrants. Many of the characters cross paths with historical figures, including Harry Houdini, Henry Ford, and Booker T. Washington, in this vibrant story of the shaping of America.

Perfect Wedding (April 13 - 29, 2018)

An uproarious comedy! Planning for the perfect wedding is never easy. It's even harder when the groom can't remember what happened at the bachelor party, there's a stranger hiding in his bathroom, and his bride is on her way to his room! Watch Bill and Rachel try to pull off their perfect wedding amidst chaos and fast-paced laughs. This farce will keep you laughing until the wedding bells chime!

Disney's Beauty and the Beast (June 1 - 24, 2018)

Disney's beloved musical Beauty and the Beast enchants us as we meet Belle, an intelligent, misunderstood woman, who trades places with her father to be held captive by a menacing Beast. But appearances may not be what they seem as Belle realizes the castle is under a spell that only love can break. Be our guest as Lumière, Mrs. Potts, and Cogsworth help her understand her new world, and Belle learns that adventure isn't just found in the pages of a book.

I Feel the Earth Move (August 4 - 13, 2017)

This rock and roll concert event has a phenomenal local cast and band who will thrill you with some of the greatest hits from the 70s. Enjoy hits from The Bee Gees, Carole King, Elton John, Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Wonder, Three Dog Night, and many other artists from this exciting musical era. You do not want to miss this nostalgic rock and roll revue!

The Return (January 25-28, 2018)

The spectacular Beatles tribute band is back by popular demand! THE RETURN has crafted a truly authentic, entertaining, and very exciting show capturing the essence of the Fab Four. With a song list packed with all the fun and lively tunes from the Beatles' beginnings in the Cavern Club to their farewell performance at Candlestick Park, THE RETURN concert is more than reminiscent of a Beatles concert, it's as close to the real thing as you can get!

Frosty (December 2017)

A young orphan boy named Billy finds an old hat which he places on a snowman's head and the snowman comes to life! But can Frosty the snowman help Billy find his real family in time for Christmas? Join Billy and Frosty as they embark on an adventure in New York City filled with thrills and chills and the discovery that the real magic of Christmas is love.

Charlotte's Web (Spring 2018)

This best-selling children's book comes to life on stage! Wilbur makes an unexpected friend in a small spider named Charlotte. She shows Wilbur how to have fun and what it means to be a loyal friend. This heart-warming story teaches young people about kindness and friendship.
