As Dr. Seuss admirers celebrated what would have been his 110th birthday on March 2nd; we remember one of his most famous quotes - "Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not."

Sir Grinsalot is an emerging author who has recently been inspired to emulate the incomparable children's book master with his first of many children's books, "The Doggie's Bible."

His hope is in gaining the kind of Dr. Seuss, "notoriety to become an endorsement to propel artists and talents from hopeless conditions into productive citizens giving back to and improving the neighborhoods they came from."

"The Doggie's Bible" tells of a spunky, young "doggy" who remains eager to share everything about the world that its shiny black nose has taught her. From visions of the whimsical adventures in a dog's mind, we can glean the simple, positive outlook they have on the things that should really matter in life.

Sir Grinsalot teaches young minds to pursue the values that lead to becoming productive citizens, and to always take the viewpoint that, "Life's glass of water is never less than half full."
