The Ultimate Doo Wop Show returns to The Beacon Theatre on Saturday, June 15, 2013 presented by Canterbury Productions & Star Productions. Tickets go on sale Saturday, December 1 at 9:00AM.

The 6th Annual, pre-Father’s Day spectacular doo wop event is a tradition at The Beacon. This year’s show features 11 original artists with a combined sale of over 200 million records. The only show in the country with all original lead singers.

The 8:00 PM concert features: the #1 oldie in New York, Fred Parris & The Five Satins (In The Still of the Night, The Jones Girls, To the Aisle), Jay Siegel’s Tokens (The Lion Sleeps Tonight, Portrait of my Love, Tonight I Fell in Love) with their special guest, Jay Traynor (She Cried), From the Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame, Shirley Alston Reeves, original lead of the Shirelles (Soldier Boy, Met Him on a Sunday, Dedicated to the One I Love, Mama Said, Tonight’s the Night, Baby, It’s You), Kathy Young (A Thousand Stars, Magic is the Night, Happy Birthday Blues) & The Innocents Re-united (Honest I Do, Gee Whiz), Larry Chance & The Earls (Remember Then, Life is but a Dream, I Believe), The Chiffons (Tonight’s the Night, He’s So Fine, One Fine Day, Sweet Talkin’ Guy), Norman Fox & The Rob Roys (Tell Me Why, Lover Doll), Acappella by, Street Hearts and The Coda Big Band (Buzz, Buzz, Buzz, Harlem Nocturne).

Ticket prices range from $48.50 to $88.50. Prices include $5 per ticket facility charge. Tickets are available at select Ticketmaster outlets and Ticketmaster phone charge 1-866-858-0008, as well as online at beacontheatre.com and ticketmaster.com, and at the Beacon Theatre box office beginning Sunday, December 2.
