THE VEIL follows members of a religious cult known as Heaven's Veil who commit suicide in the name of their beliefs. The sole survivor, a 5-year-old girl, returns to the scene as part of a documentary crew and discovers the terrifying truth of that day.

Rabe will join Thomas Jane and Jessica Alba in the cast. Rabe will play the survivor, with Alba as the filmmaker. No word yet on who Jane will play.

Rabe's upcoming big screen projects include Pawn Sacrifice and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Parts 1 and 2. She last appeared on TV as Sister Mary Eunice McKee in the FX miniseries American Horror Story: Asylum.

Rabe has starred on Broadway in Steel Magnolias, Heartbreak House, The American Plan, The Merchant of Venice - for which she was nominated for a Tony Award - and Seminar. She is set to lead Much Ado About Nothing in Shakespeare in the Park this summer.
