Great American Country announced today the addition of Nashville-based entertainment journalist Stacy McCloud to the hosting and reporting team for Headline Country, the network's weekly news magazine now in its sixth season. McCloud debuts on the series beginning Thursday, Jan. 9.
"I am thrilled and honored to join both the Great American Country team and our show Headline Country," McCloud said. "What Storme and the team have built is an amazing, fun series. I hope that I can contribute to that fun going forward!"

As an entertainment journalist in
Nashville for the past five years, McCloud has reported on film and TV premieres, the CMA Awards and American Country Awards, the Bonnaroo music festival and other live events. Her celebrity interviews with stars of film, television and music include
